Amazon's adaptation of Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson's The Boys is starting to fill out with five of The Seven cast. Antony Starr will play Homelander, leader of The Seven. Dominique McElligott will portray Queen Maeve, whose powers include super strength, flight, and durability. Chace Crawford is set for The Deep, an aquatic hero. Jessie T. Usher has signed on for A-Train, a speedster said to be faster than a speeding train. Nathan Mitchell will play Black Noir, a masked superhero with fighting and martial arts skills.

Previously, Erin Moriarty was cast as Starlight, a young woman with superhero powers who can make lightning bolts flash from her eyes. Her dream is to be a real superhero like the famous Seven.

The Seven are the world famous superheroes that abuse their massive celebrity. In return, a group of vigilantes nicknamed The Boys keep the superheroes in check.

Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen are set to direct, while Eric Kripke will write the pilot.
