IDW Entertainment President David Ozer Leaves To Become Independent Producer

Independent producing is so hot right now.

Source: Press Release

It seems every few months a new executive leaves IDW Publishing. April saw the departure of former Editor-In-Chief Chris Ryall to Skybound Entertainment.CEO/Co-Founder Ted Adams announced in July he was taking time off from the publisher before returning in a creative role.

Now IDW Entertainment President David Ozer has left the company he's been with since its founding to pursue independent producing opportunities. During his time as President, he oversaw Wynonna Earp at SyFy, and Locke & Key and V-Wars at Netflix, so he must know the right people anyway.

No replacement for Ozer has been named. But we wouldn't be surprised if Greg Goldstein made himself double-President.
