Showing growth as a company for the first time, Diamond Comic Distributors has decided to not provide a broken or damaged product. Their PULLBOX program, which is a web-based application where comic shop customers can place orders and set up subscriptions with their local retailer through Diamond, has been delayed from September to October to add new features.

PULLBOX was previewed at April's Diamond Retailer Summit, with beta-testing in May for a rollout in July. But in typical Diamond fashion, Diamond plans to beta-test in September for an October release.

The program is free for customers, with a monthly charge for participating retailers.
