Ice Cream Man is getting ready to come to a small screen near you. From Universal Cable Productions, the company behind SyFy's adaptation of Happy!, the Image Comics property is currently in development to be shopped around to networks.

From writer W. Maxwell Prince and artist Martin Morazzo, Ice Cream Man is a horror-fantasy comic presented by its omnipresent narrator, the Ice Cream Man. Each installment features its own cast of strange characters, dealing with their own special sundae of suffering.

The adaptation will be written by Max and Adam Reid, who will also serve as executive producers alongside Chris Bender, Jake Weiner, and Jake Wagner.
