With the second volume of the Darth Vader comic series ending this month, and the cancellation of Chuck Wendig's Shadow of Vader mini-series, it seems like there won't be much Darth Vader comic tales on the horizon. Not so fast Dark Side lovers, it seems that Marvel has another limited series in the works starring the Dark Lord of the Sith up their sleeves: Star Wars: Vader - Dark Visions.
Not much information has been divulged about the series, but it looks like there are at least 2 issues in the limited series and they are written by Dennis Hopeless. The art for issue #1 will be by Paolo Villanelli and Brian Level for issue #2. The series will:
"… take readers to the darkest parts of the galaxy — places where the mysterious anti-hero known as Darth Vader can be someone's greatest fear and even...someone's greatest hope!"
Fans can expect an Imperial March in 2019, when the series debuts.
