Wolverine Max by Jason Starr is due out in October from Marvel Comics.
If there's one complaint this reporter has about the current field of comic books available today, it's that there's just not enough Wolverine. Marvel has finally listened to fans and is releasing a new Wolverine series, Wolverine Max, in October. The series will be written by crime novelist Jason Starr. The story will take place in the past and present in Japan, in a world where presumably, the X-Men don't exist, finally allowing Wolverine to stop being overshadowed by other characters and really have a chance to come into his own.
IGN has an interview with Starr which you can read here.
