Attending the panel were Sam Humphries (Ultimates), Nathan Edmonson (writer), David Marquez (Ultimate Comics Spider-Man), as well as Axel Alonso, C.B. Cebulski, and Sana Amanat. Arune Singh moderated the panel.

It was mostly a fleshing out of already announced information but include an announcement of a new title and a new Marvel exclusive.

Starting the panel was talk about the next Ultimate Comics Ultimates event, "Divided We Fall". In the Ultimate Comics universe, the USA is on the edge of breaking apart, and Asia has become the major super power. Mutant forces are rising up and fighting back. Captain America returns to try to "fix" things

The Ultimates will focus on the big picture, the X-Men on the gritty ground level stuff, while Spider-Man will focus on a guy just trying to make it through all of this.

It's teased that Ultimate Comics Ultimates #15 contains something huge and that's why the cover is classified.

The X-Men team will consist of Kitty Pryde, Iceman, Rogue, and James (Wolverine's son).

David Marquez was announced as a a Marvel exclusive artist.

A new Ultimate Comics Iron-Man limited series was announced with Nathan Edmondson writing and art by Matteo Buffagni. The story will be called "The Demon in the Armor" and the main villain will be the Mandarin.

The panel then went on to some Q&A.

Axel says "the portal is open" in reference to any more Marvel 616/Ultimate universe crossovers, so there is a possibility of more down the road.

A new transformed SHIELD will have a different role in the Ultimate universe.
