Marvel Meets ESPN

ESPN has revealed a preview of the Marvel "variant covers" that will appear in ESPN The Magazine's November 1, 2010 issue -- the NBA Preview.

The images were first revealed at New York Comic Con 2010 in teasers at one of Marvel's panels, featuring Marvel artists re-imagining some iconic Marvel covers from the past with NBA teams and stars. 30 concepts were created and produced, which you can see in the NBA Preview issue. Marvel and ESPN are both, of course, owned by Disney.
