At Emerald Comic Con last weekend, Mike Allred announced that iZombie will be ending this August with issue #28. While Allred insisted that the series was coming to a natural end, Chris Roberson, writer of the series, revealed to Bleeding Cool that the book had been cancelled due to low sales.
This, of course, is the latest sign of the pending Vertigapocalypse, the signs of which have been seen since early 2010. Be sure to leave your own opinions about Vertigo's doom as well as your ululations about the demise of iZombie.
