You guessed it, 'Spider-Men' is an Ultimate/616 Crossover

The Marvel Universe and the Ultimate Universe finally meet in Spider-Men!
They teased it in Ultimate Fantastic Four, when they turned out to be Zombies, but now it's finally happening, the Marvel Universe and the Ultimate Universe are coming together in Spider-Men, a 5-issue mini-series out this july.
The series, written and drawn by the Ultimate Comics Spider-Man team of Brian Michael Bendis and Sara Pichelli, has been teased, but Marvel had remained cryptic on what it was actually about. Most guessed that it would be a meeting between Peter Parker and the Ultimate Universe's new Spider-Man Miles Morales, and they were right!
Not only is it the first crossover between Marvel's two most popular universes, but it's also the centrepiece of Spider-Man's 50th Anniversary, and to my mind, it's a hell of a way to celebrate it. I always thought that a crossover between Regular Peter Parker and Ultimate Peter Parker would be pointless, but now that the Ultimate Universe has a whole new Spidey... it's a different ballgame.
