It's really that simple!
Daredevil readers were treated to a little tease a month ago when artist Mike Allred wrote to the letters' page of the series and joked about drawing an upcoming issue of the Eisner-nominated series.
Marvel editor Steve Wacker pounced on the opportunity like a panther leaps on a fatted calf and quickly worked out an issue for the famed artist to work on. While Allred will only draw one issue of the series, writer Mark Waid promises that the artist will draw as much of the starting cast as possible. No word yet on when to expect the issue to come out, though. UPDATE: CBR states Allred will be working on Daredevil #17.
Check out Mike Allred's cover for the upcoming issue below!
