Thanks to DC hiring everybody who was anybody in the nineties to create their nu52 reboot last year, a nineties comics revival seems to have kicked off in the industry. Aside from the nineties lovefest going on in the DCnU, there's a revival of Rob Liefeld's Extreme! properties at Image and even a relaunch of the Valiant universe! The latest teaser from Valiant is for Ninjak, a very popular character in 1994 who first appeared in the equally-hilariously-nineties-titled comic Bloodshot.

For fans like this reporter who may have missed out on the nineties era of comic books due to doing unimportant stuff like talking to girls, this is a second chance to experience the decade in all its grim and gritty, pouch-covered, foil-variant-laden glory.
