PCC: DC Zero Issues Confirmed?

Could this be an unofficial official confirmation of the Zero Issues DC is rumored to be putting out in September?

The Outhouse's own guitarsmashley was on hand at the Phoenix Comic Con this weekend, and he has confirmed the long-standing rumor that DC will be running "zero issues" for a bunch of their titles in September. Allegedly, the issues will feature origin stories that will fill in some of the blanks about the characters that were rebooted last year in DC's nuDCU. The rumor was originally reported by tabloid journalist and alleged sex pervert Rich Johnston over at Bleeding Cool, but guitarsmashley is claiming a spiritual victory by "scooping" Johnston in the confirmation, and is quoted as saying "nyah nyah nyah nyah."
