Starting in August, superstar creator Warren Ellis will take over writing on Secret Avengers with a series of hyper-compressed single issue stories!
The announcement comes from the Cup O' Joe panel at Wondercon today! Here's the info from Marvel:
Run The Mission.
Don't Get Seen.
SAVE THE WORLD.
Beginning in Secret Avengers #16, superstar Warren Ellis takes the reins of the special ops team Steve Rogers assembled for a series of hypercompressed single-issue adventures, each a balls-out action film in 22 pages, as they covertly confront and eliminate those threats to life and liberty growing in the shadowy corners of the world, far from the eyes of men.
UPDATE: Former Outhouse Review Group Tyrant and MGS Founder Frank Einstein added, "How about you update the story to include Jamie McKelvie as the artist you jerk!" It's done, sir.
