Take A Look At A Preview For 'Bettie Page #1'

Dynamite's new title stars the 1950s pin-up queen as a secret spy.

Last April we first reported that Dynamite Entertainment would be bringing comic readers a new title based on a fictional history in the life of 1950s pop icon Bettie Page. The premise sounds like a stretch but it's also just crazy enough to be an interesting idea.

Dynamite Entertainment describes this premier issue:

She's more modest than Ms. Blaise, but peels more than Ms. Emma. She out-vamps Vampirella, but she's sweeter than Honey West. She put the mod in model, and the bangs in bang-bang. Now the world can know the truth: her classified adventures back in 1951 Hollywood have been declassified. Dynamite, David Avallone and Colton Worley present The Secret Diary of Bettie Page, in handy comic book form.

About the Author - IvCNuB4

IvCNuB4 likes to maintain an air of mystery by never publicly revealing his true name unless you are one of the four lucky Outhouse posters he has PM'd it to. A life-long Chicago native, he was introduced to comics by his older brother's vast collection of Silver Age issues. When he is not at his day job as an IT geek or making the most of Chicago's three months of incredible summer, he can found spending way too much time with his very large, very loud Italian family. You will never find him on the likes of Facebook or Twitter as he scoffs at the necessity of most forms of social media.
