With his first major label release, blues guitarist Gary Clark Jr. shows everyone why he's been a major local talent in Texas for years.
Gary Clark Jr. teases fans with this EP of a few tracks to expect in his upcoming full album in 2012 and for any blues rock fan it's worth checking out. The EP has two new tracks "Bright Lights" and "Don't Owe You a Thang" and two live acoustic tracks.

Personally I loved the EP and the two new tracks have me anxious for the full album next year. Any blues fan should give the EP a listen and pick it up and support this guy.
With the acoustic songs on the EP and from hearing about some of the bands he loves I'm interested to see where Clark's musical career goes from here. He doesn't look like a singer who is going to be satisfied to simply put out blues songs, but branch out in R&B and rock as well.
