Netflix will be streaming every awesome Marvel cartoon series ever made in the upcoming months. Read on for more news.
Marvel announced today that Netflix, the DVD Rental company with an ever-growing library of streaming content, will be carrying Marvel titles in their Instant Library beginning April 29th. The initial set of titles to be released includes The Incredible Hulk and Silver Surfer TV series from the late 90s, the Black Panther animated movie, and Iron Man: Armored Adventures (which is already in Netflix's library).
Future installments will include the popular Spider-Man and X-Men animated series that played on Fox's Saturday Morning Cartoon Block during the 90s, X-Men Evolution, the recent Avengers: Earth Mightiest Heroes series, and the classic Spider-Man cartoon that ran from 1964 to 1968. A full list of available titles can be found at the source link.
In one humble journalist's opinion, this is spectacular news that further cements Netflix as a must own service and will introduce the Marvel characters to a whole new set of fans in the wake of the upcoming Thor and Captain America movies.
