So, a couple of weeks ago Vin Diesel said he was to meet with Marvel about a possible future role he might play with in one of their movies. Fan speculation has been all over the place, from voicing characters in Guardians of the Galaxy to playing a newly introduced Avenger, plus a few misguided souls making guesses that don't realize the X-Men and Spider-Man movie rights aren't owned by Marvel Studios.
Well, the meeting finally happened and Mr. Diesel offered an update and picture of him at the Marvel Studios offices:
Marvel meeting today… Only the people in the room can tell you what was discussed… P.s. Thanks to Our page, for pushing to make it happen… you know I get tunnel vision with my work… and after that meeting today… wow!
OMG HE SAID VISION!!!
It's a clue! - wait... in the image he posted, he's standing in front of a poster of the cover of Avengers #2, featuring Giant Man! Could that be a clue as well?
This could only mean one thing: Diesel will probably be doing the voice work for Rocket Raccoon in Guardians of the Galaxy.
It would be cool to see him as the vision, add a little robotic twinge to his gravely voice. Not so much for Hank Pym/Giant Man. But there you have it, feel free to jump to wild conclusions along with me.
