The X-Men panel was moderated by Arune Singh and consisted of Peter David (X-Factor), Nick Lowe (Senior Editor), Brian Bendis (All-New X-Men, Uncanny X-Men), Paul Cornell (Wolverine), Brian Posehn & Gerry Duggan (Deadpool), Sam Humphries (Uncanny X-Force), and writer Chris Hastings. Terry Dodson joined the panel later.

Much of the panel was a rundown of previously announced news, by title.

- Deadpool: Declan Shalvey and Mike Hawthorn will be rotating artists on this title; issue 20 will have art by Scott Koblish with some "Kirby Krackle"
- Folks showed a lot of love for Peter David and X-Factor; David has a new project "coming soon"
- X-Men: Terry Dodson will be on the team for art
- New title this November: Longshot Saves the Marvel Universe

The floor opened to Q&A, some tidbits:
