No Pixar Films in 2014?

Dinosaur walks back and it might be taking longer to find Dory than they thought.

It looks like Pixar Animation Studios did a reshuffling of schedules for its upcoming films and left 2014 without a Pixar-produced feature film. The Good Dinosaur which was scheduled to be released on May 30, 2014 was pushed back to November 25,2015. November 25 was the original release date for Finding Dory, which will swim along to June17, 2016. The last year that Pixar did not have a feature film in theaters was 2005, before Cars and their more ambitious release schedule. If the rest of their schedule remains intact though, we may see two movies by Pixar in 2015, with Inside Out currently scheduled for June 19, 2015.

Disney's live-action Maleficent will be taking The Good Dinosaur's May 30, 2014 date, pushed forward from its original release date of July 2, 2014.

On a different note, but related to Disney • Pixar, ABC has released a new trailer for this October 16's television special Toy Story of TERROR!

At least we still have Walt Disney Animation Studios' Big Hero 6 to look forward to on November 7, 2014.
