Hulk Hogan Starts Web Hosting Company, Spoofs Miley Cyrus

Believe it or not, that's a completely straight headline, and this is a real story.

In the real life is stranger than internet parody department, we were just alerted to this story by a friend, who directed us to video evidence that this is a real thing and not an absurd story we made up to make a point. Hulk Hogan has inexplicably decided to create a webhosting company, called Hostamania, and to promote it, The Hulkster's made a video parodying Miley Cyrus's Wrecking Ball, showing himself swinging on a wrecking ball in a thong while a knockoff of his Real American theme music plays, which may be his TNA theme song, may be his WCW theme song, or may be a song off that incredible album he put out in the nineties. Someone will point it out in the comments.

Here's what the Orange Goblin had to say in a message on

I beat the Iron Sheik and Andre the Giant in the ring, and now I'm taking my quest for glory to the internet. Setting up a website has never been easy, and low quality hosting companies think they can run wild and overcharge you.

Those days are over - I'm stepping in to the web hosting ring, and I'm getting ready to leg drop the competition.

I'm busy hulking up, getting ready - trading in the pythons for web servers. Sign up, say your prayers, take your vitamins, and I'll let you know once Hostamania is ready to run wild!

There's a counter on the website that claims the service will debut in about 24 days. Here's the video:

Oh, and here's the description of the video from YouTube:

Hulk Hogan brought the foam finger to prominence and since Miley took that over from him, now he wants to take the wrecking ball as a symbol of his awesomeness. Of course, he dons a thong instead of his trademark stretchy pants.

Yup. It's perfect. We have nothing to add. Check out the site, and be sure to stop by the Hostamania blog for some borderline homophobic sniping at competitors.
