IDW has announced two new Artist's Editions, oversized volumes featuring reproductions of artists' original works. The first is Jack Kirby's New Gods, which will feature five issues of the classic DC series. The second is a collection of Watchmen artwork from Dave Gibbons. According to an interview with Scott Dunbier over at CBR, Gibbons approached IDW about the Artist's Edition (which is being called an 'Artifacts Edition') and will be slightly different than a typical IDW Artist's Edition.
IDW also announced a Charles Schulz's Peanuts Artist's Edition, which will be published horizontally, as well as Jim Steranko's S.H.I.E.L.D. Artist's Edition.
