I'm not sure why this is news, being that Warner Bros./DC owns the rights to all their comic book character's movie forms they aren't in the position of Marvel where Sony and Fox own the rights to some of their biggest characters. But if there was any question, Guillermo Del Toro recently put worries to rest when he said his Justice League Dark would be in a shared universe and that DC has big plans for many more characters.
We're still on [Justice League Dark] writing, and hopefully it will happen but there are no developments that are new. It's still at Warner Bros., they are making plans for the entire DC universe. All the superheroes, all the mythologies, and part of that is Justice League Dark. They're planning on TV, movies, and all the media, so we have to fit into that plan.
So now you know that Swamp Thing, Spectre, Constantine, the Demon, and Deadman will all be in the same universe as Batman and Superman, Arrow and whatever they have planned next.
