One of The Outhouse's favorite pastimes is to report on how much Gerard Way is dropping the ball in regards to his Young Animal imprint at DC. Most recently, in January, it was revealed that Doom Patrol #11 was delayed from its original release date of November 22 to February 21. Then soon after the issue fell to March 14 and to March 28. Now the issue is set to release April 4.

Doom Patrol #12 was once solicited for December 2017, but had all its orders cancelled in January. It seems that the issue and future of the series is up in the air as the issue was removed from the description for the second collected edition of the series which now reads only #7-#11. The second volume's release date also fell to May 23.
